It's been gunky, for lack of a better word, every since. I've tried so many different sulfate-free shampoos and they may work for a few washes but then I'd get an awful build up again. This shampoo and conditioner have made my hair feel so clean without drying it out I never want to use anything else! I have noticed a bit more hair falling out but not enough to be worrisome.
