Questions About Your RŌZ Order

Can I make changes to my order?

We work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. There may however be time to cancel your order all together so you can start fresh. Please email us at hello@rozhair.com as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation" and your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do! (But no guarantees!)

Can I exchange my product?

We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products.

I think my package is lost, what do I do?

Pumps

Help! I can't get my Foundation Shampoo and Conditioner Pump to work! What do I do?

We’re so sorry our pumps are giving you trouble. Sharing a little trick!

Please first tighten the pump around the neck of the bottle. As if you are simply tightening the pump, as if it’s too loose. Then push down on the top of the pump and twist counter clockwise to pop up. If this doesn't work for you, please contact us at hello@rozhair.com.

What do the RŌZ products smell like?

Fresh, airy, and green.

Sparkling bergamot, blood orange, mandarin, and pink pepper open with an uplifting brightness, unfolding into lush fig leaves, luminous neroli, and delicate jasmine. Grounded by earthy vetiver, warm amber woods, and soft musk, the scent captures the abundance of California—verdant landscapes, crisp morning air, and a sense of restoration. Bright yet grounding, it leaves behind a feeling of calm and a gentle return to nature.

What do we leave out of the fragrance, and what standards does it meet?

Just like every formula we create, our signature fragrance is crafted with thoughtful ingredients and held to the same uncompromising standards for safety, performance, and quality. Our fragrance makes up less than 1% of every RŌZ formula.

Thoughtfully composed with a blend of plant-derived and safe synthetic ingredients, the fragrance captures the freshness, vibrancy, and grounding beauty of California.
