Job Listing: RŌZ Customer Support Representative (Part Time, Remote Position)

RŌZ is hiring a passionate, detail oriented Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play an integral role in ensuring the satisfaction of every RŌZ customer. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries and addressing any issues that arise in a kind and timely manner. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately!

Responsibilities & Duties (include but are not limited to):
  • Approach every customer inquiry with a friendly, welcoming, and empathic tone, ensuring each
  • customer feels valued.
  • Bring genuine excitement to problem-solving, striving to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Conduct consistent and timely responses to ensure positive customer interactions across all
  • touch points.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to troubleshoot and raise awareness for bugs, broken
  • discounts, or product quality issues.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding out-of-stock items or backorders.
  • Maintain detailed records of top customer inquiries to identify improvement opportunities.

Long Term Goal:
Develop and implement CX strategies and software to improve efficiency while enhancing the
personal customer experience.

Skills:
  • Proficiency in Shopify for order fulfillment, returns, and refunds.
  • Experience with Zendesk for customer support management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Positive attitude and aptitude for learning.
  • Additional Information:
  • Initially, this position will require 15-25 hours per week with the potential to transition to full-time.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including occasional weekends, is appreciated but not mandatory. 
Salary: Compensation + benefits package will depend upon the candidate's skills, qualifications,
experience and location.
