Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Product Development Coordinator. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product development projects from concept to launch. Responsibilities include coordinating timelines, overseeing production schedules, analyzing product performance, supporting sales teams, and ensuring alignment with company goals and standards. You will also communicate updates, identify opportunities for innovation, and maintain quality in all stages of product development.

• Experience or knowledge in product development processes and lifecycle management

• Familiarity with sales processes and the ability to support sales teams effectively
• Flexibility to work remotely and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
