Mara's Hair Story
This campaign felt deeply personal to me.
After more than 20 years behind the chair, working with women at every stage of their lives, I’ve seen how powerful our relationship with our hair can be. It holds memory, identity and transformation. I wanted to create something that honors that journey by helping them feel more like themselves.
Throughout my career, whether on set, or behind the salon chair, my goal has always been the same: to make women feel beautiful in their own hair. This campaign is an extension of that. It’s about celebrating where you’ve been and embracing who you are today.
I had so much fun in those early years of discovering beauty. I begged my mom to go to beauty school and started doing hair right away at 17 years old.
I approach hair like a piece of stone seeing what naturally wants to appear, and RŌZ really lets me do that. Helping them find the most beautiful version of their hair.
Finally worked up the courage to do it– make my first product.
