Our Story
Mara Roszak
Growing up in Laurel Canyon, Mara Roszak was surrounded by creative influences from an early age, encouraged by her sculptor mother to explore form, texture, and visual expression. She began her hairstyling education at 15, and within two years was working with leading talent across film, editorial, and advertising—shaping the refined, intuitive approach that defines her work today.
After 20 years behind the chair with both salon and celebrity clients, including Emma Stone, Olivia Wilde, and Zoe Saldaña, Mara felt many styling products had become overly complicated, heavy, or disconnected from the way modern hair should actually feel. Drawing on her industry expertise, she created RŌZ: a high-performance haircare and styling line designed to support natural texture with clean, easy-to-use formulas that deliver effortlessly beautiful results across all hair types.
